We request that medical fees are settled in full after each consultation. Video/telephone consultations should be paid in advance of your appointment.

Consultations are for 15 minutes. If you require an extended consultation (30 minutes) please book an Extended Consultation.
Please note that all patients under the age of 17 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Registered patients can request a routine appointment with the Doctor or Nurse online. However, if you require an extended consultation, a consultation with a test or a consultation for more than one patient please telephone reception to arrange your appointment.

Please note that we try to assess patients in the surgery or during video/telephone consultations where at all possible. If you feel you genuinely need a house-call, please phone early in the day to discuss with a doctor, as house-calls are generally done during lunchtime.
